VP of Customer Success

Job Description

We are working with one of MENA's fastest growing start-ups, based in Dubai, and currently looking for a VP of Customer Success.

As the VP of Customer Success, you will be leading the Customer Success team which is large and at varying levels of expertise and operate in a fast-paced and hyper-growth environment. You will work closely with the CMO, to develop and implement multi-faceted and high-impact strategic initiatives ensuring the best-in-class customer success deliverables are met and align with the company's mission, OKR's and principles.

You will need to demonstrate a proven track record of success in customer success using a customer-centric, data-driven approach.
Strong leadership experience is required with experience managing large pipelines (USD 10 Mill+) of accounts within the SaaS space - SMEs and/or Enterprise

Key Requirements:

  • 10+ Years' experience within Customer Success, with a minimum of 4 - 5 years of leadership experience
  • Have an analytical mindset - Have a fluency in data analytics, with the acute ability to leverage data to make informed, strategic, and high-impact decisions.
  • Have a proven track record in meeting and exceeding aggressive retention targets as both an individual contributor and as a leader
  • Have a strong ability to build relationships with both internal and external keyholders
  • Experience and a proven track record in setting up and scaling a multi-faceted, sizable customer success department
  • A strong communicator, enabler, and influencer
  • Fluency in English and the ability to speak Arabic would be advantageous.
