What you will do
Work with our 5-person product design team to take our world-class performance management product to the next level. Working as a UX designer, you will focus on building a deep understanding of our users, designing the experience for users who interact with our tool in different contexts, validating these ideas through experimentation and testing, and sharing the findings with the business.
This role will allow you to...
*work with our product team and other designers to conceptualize features and ideas
and to share them with our leadership and teams
*carry out research, customer surveys and idea workshops to uncover user needs and
new business opportunities
*conduct design experiments to validate or refute product ideas and design iterations
*interpret research and validation insights into results such as Storyboards, user
Flows, user travel, and Wireframes and Screen Mocks
*Ongoing suggestions for changes to the application related to improving usability
and the overall user experience
Who are we looking for?
*You have at least 3 years proven experience in designing UX for complex web-based
applications with experience working on at least one non-B2C product
*You are experienced in leading idea, design and strategic workshops within cross-
functional teams and with users
*You have experience in validating discovery work through data-driven experimentation
*You understand all the complexities of delivering business and customer value and
have a passion for unifying user goals with those of our company
*You have experience working directly with developers and product managers
