We are hiring for a couple of graduate recruitment consultant to join us in our London and Bromley office.

We have an industry leading 13-week training programme and 1-2-1 coaching from highly experienced and successful leaders in the business, this will train you up to a standard where you are confident enough to be able to do it on your own.

How we do it is in a combination of two days 'seminar style' and classroom training where that will be three days on the desk where this allows you to set up yourself to be able to practice the theory side of the other consultants so you can learn of them to get a better insight on how this run and work, as well as allowing both trainees and seniors to still efficiently exercise their duties.

Daily Responsibilities include

Using sales, business development and marketing techniques to attract new clients and maintain existing relationships.

Interviewing, assessing and qualifying prospective applicants and matching them with appropriate vacancies at client companies.

Screening candidates and drawing up shortlists of candidates for clients to interviews and selection events.

Using various platforms to advertises jobs you are trying to hire for.

Working towards exceeding targets that may relate to the number of candidates placed and/or business generated

Preparing applicants for interview processes

Building and maintaining relationships with clients.
