Technical Support Engineer - Singapore

About the Company:

Rapidly expanding Pre-IPO Security Vendor whose solutions deliver actionable insights for complex OT environments

About the Support Engineer:

Using your excellent communication skills, you will provide support to ASEAN enterprise customers. This will require you to collaborate effectively with multiple departments in order to maintain strong customer relationships and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner

Responsibilities:

- Resolve complex issues reported by Enterprise and Government Customers through detailed analysis
- Effectively communicate with the Product Management and SW Engineering team so that Products are continuously improved
- Monitor progress of support issues to ensure that they are managed effectively from diagnosis to resolution

Experience:

- Experience in a Customer facing or Technical Support Engineer function
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong background in Network Engineering with experience of Linux admin and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Network Protocols and Standards
- Hands-on experience with network analysis tools (e.g. Wireshark)
- Experience in an Industrial / Operational Technology is desirable
- Knowledge of Network / Cyber Security is desirable
- Fluency in Mandarin required, Cantonese a bonus
