Technical Support Analyst
£200 per day Inside ir35

I'm working with a well-known media client who are currently looking for a Technical Support Analyst to join the team on an initial 6-month contract with scope to be extended.
The ideal Technical Support Analyst must have experience from a helpdesk, service desk, network operations or QA background with knowledge of VOD delivery technologies.
Provide 1st & 2nd line technical support for internal teams (e.g. Customer Support, Product, Solutions, Analytics, Content, QA, Operations and Senior Management).
Knowledge of VOD delivery technologies, ideally AVOD/BVOD.
Extensive experience with Jira and Confluence (or similar tools)
Hands on technical experience of investigating/analysing issues across a range of device types, including Web, Mobile and Connected TV.
Some experience with the following related technologies would be ideal: video, metadata, DRM, web sites, mobile apps, TV apps, content management systems, cloud hosting, CDN's, advertising and analytics.
Experience of using debugging and tracing tools such as Fiddler, Charles, and Wireshark.
Good understanding of Incident management and Change management processes (ITIL)
