Technical Support Analyst

6-month contract

£200 per day Inside ir35

Hybrid - London

I'm working with a well-known media client who are currently looking for a Technical Support Analyst to join the team on an initial 6-month contract with scope to be extended.

The ideal Technical Support Analyst must have experience from a helpdesk, service desk, network operations or QA background with knowledge of VOD delivery technologies.

  • Provide 1st & 2nd line technical support for internal teams (e.g. Customer Support, Product, Solutions, Analytics, Content, QA, Operations and Senior Management).

  • Knowledge of VOD delivery technologies, ideally AVOD/BVOD.

  • Extensive experience with Jira and Confluence (or similar tools)

  • Hands on technical experience of investigating/analysing issues across a range of device types, including Web, Mobile and Connected TV.

  • Some experience with the following related technologies would be ideal: video, metadata, DRM, web sites, mobile apps, TV apps, content management systems, cloud hosting, CDN's, advertising and analytics.

  • Experience of using debugging and tracing tools such as Fiddler, Charles, and Wireshark.

  • Good understanding of Incident management and Change management processes (ITIL)
