Technical SEO Manager

eCommerce - Permanent

Up to £45,000 + bonus + benefits - London

The role will see you join Europe's leading eCommerce personalisation business with over 30 million users. They operate in over 15+ markets and in x languages and over the years have built a leading in-house SEO team. This role will see you own the technical SEO roadmap, lead the technical development of multiple sites on an international scale.

Responsibilities:
*Leading technical SEO development efforts on a global scale, working across 15+ markets in X languages.
*Provide the direction of keyword research efforts and identify SEP content opportunities throughout the business.
*Carrying out large scale and complex site audits on a regular basis with a view to provide actionable insight to optimise the site effectively.
*Own and define the technical SEO roadmap with prioritisations to improve organic visibility and help drive performance.
*Work with wider digital marketing teams on how to increase site visibility by delivering SEO best practice and achieving performance KPI's.
*Responsible for reviewing SEO performances up and down the business and indicate factors such as visibility and ranking.
*Lead on complex, long term site migrations.
*Working very closely with acquisition, content and brand teams.

Requirements:
*At least 3-4 years of SEO experience from in-house or at an agency.
*Ability to demonstrate prior knowledge of Google tools including Google Search Console, Google Analytics and other SEO tools including Screaming Frog and Search metrics.
*Prior experience with using web analytics data to understand and analyse the information in their user data.
*Understanding and demonstrating keyword analysis and on page optimisation.
*Previous experience with the majority of Microsoft programmes e.g. Word, Excel etc.
*Ability to demonstrate a willingness to learn and understand how other areas in the business operate.
*Previous experience of thinking under pressure and being resourceful to overcomes problems with a data driven approach.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to talk to non-technical individuals and explain in a less complex manor.
