Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a Data Science, Software Engineering or Data Engineering.
- 5 years in a technical leadership role or team management, preferably within a learning and development context.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of cutting-edge technologies and industry trends.
- Passion for talent development, with experience in mentoring and guiding technical professionals.
- Ability to think creatively and drive innovation within the team.
