Technical Change Lead - Traceability Deployment Team

My pharmaceutical client in Macclesfield is looking for a Technical Change Lead for their Traceability Deployment Team.
*Responsible for a workstream within the Business Deployment team in the Global Traceability Programme
*Technical management, design and implementation of centralised solutions to support the global traceability strategy.
*Gathering of functional requirements, process design, testing, and qualification of systems.
*Develop a Project Management plan, which clearly articulates key dependencies and milestones.
*Identify, communicate and manage risks and issues associated with your workstream.
*Coaching and developing technical skills and delivering training, as well as reviewing and developing training materials.
*Advocate the need for process harmonization and use of global standards to support traceability, driving adherence through the process network.
*Work collaboratively across internal and external functions covering IT, engineering, distribution, GES and 3rd party supply
*5 years' experience supporting Automation & IT technology, preferably within the Pharmaceutical industry.
*Understanding of serialisation and traceability legislation.
*Experience with SAP ATTP: Advanced Track and Trace for Pharmaceuticals
*Expertise in Level 4 global traceability systems
*Experience of distribution processes, preferably associated to material track and trace.
*Experience of setting up, running and documenting process workshops
*Working knowledge of corporate IT systems used for data management and warehousing.
*Experience of computer and systems validation in a regulated environment.
*Strong Project Management ability, including development and ownership of project delivery plans.
*Experience of working globally.
*Strong understanding of the processes and systems needed to support traceability across production, warehousing and distribution.
*Proven technical and process development capability
*Ensure traceability systems, process and standards are developed, implemented and tested whilst maintaining alignment with global standards.
*Working knowledge of GS1 standards & or product master data. Expertise in Level 4 global traceability system
*Experience with serialisation at the packing level.
*Knowledge of network segmentation and security.
