SEO Manager

Tech - Permanent

Between £50,000 - £60,000 + Bonus + Benefits - London

The role will see you join one of London's leading Tech business in their space. They are looking for a mid-senior broad SEO Specialist to steer and lead their in-house Technical SEO and SEO Analytics function.

Responsibilities:
*Spending the majority of your time actually implementing SEO and not convincing others of it's value.
*Being a strategic quick thinker and setting the strategy of direction for organic growth within the business.
*Making big decisions that will influence critical parts of the business and interact daily with company shareholders.
*Driving the daily performance of SEO Assets, from traffic acquisition to conversion rate optimization and using the data to set priorities, understand performance and make better decisions.
*Help build and use specific SEO related tools to make big decisions about what specific keywords to target.
*Working with other teams e.g. dedicated designers, outreach team, coders and writers who will all help support site builds and help with the link building strategy.
*To help in all parts of the company and to train the team of specialists within the business.

Requirements:
*At least 4 years of SEO experience from in-house or at an agency with a proven track record of driving organic growth.
*Strong analytical skills for modeling performance and comfortable working with large sets of data.
*Ability to demonstrate prior knowledge of Google tools including Google Search Console, Google Analytics and other SEO tools including Screaming Frog and Search Metrics.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to talk to non-technical individuals and explain in a less complex manner.
*Understanding and demonstrating keyword analysis and on page optimisation.
*A passion for SEO! Staying on top of everything new within the industry and constantly looking at ways to improve.
*Understanding the need to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
*Previous experience with the majority of Microsoft programs e.g. Word, Excel etc.
