They've had a £200 million turner over and are now going through an exciting journey in the UK and internationally and are focusing on their customer experience. In the UK they have 60 stores and have just launched two in the US and are planning to open up stores in Germany and France.
Over the past 3-6 months they've hired top talent including a Head of Customer Experience, who is ex ASOS and Debenhams and a Design Director who is ex Body Shop.
They are building a permanent team so there will be a lot of autonomy and growth with this role. You will help drive this team forward and play a key part - you'd champion the customer experience and their digital vision.
As a Senior UX Designer you will play a key role in their digital roadmap. This will include: conceiving and conducting user research & competitor analysis, identifying opportunities, leading journey definition workshops, translating new initiatives into user flows, customer journeys, wireframes, mock-ups and prototypes.
