£70000 - £80000 per annum + Bonus + Benefits
Working closely with user insight, customer experience & digital teams you'll identify innovative ways to remain competitive & will lead the launch of new strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities & Requirements
*Define, outline and develop a concise product backlog based on customer feedback
*Work collaboratively with brand stakeholders to understand how they can remain competitive
*Coordinate and work with teams across the business from UX and Data insight to Tech and Business teams
*Experience working closely with Engineering teams and can utilise the latest technologies to enhance the customer experience
*Comfortable working in a face-paced environment and adaptable to changing consumer needs
*Mentor and assist with onboarding junior members of the team
