About the role
The Senior Performance Marketing Manager - Paid Media is a crucial member of the online team in eHarmony's marketing division. This person will re-build, test, grow and optimise eHarmony's entire digital media offering across Paid Social (Facebook primarily), Display and Native for the UK and Australian markets.

Key Responsibilities
*Develop and execute eHarmony's Paid Media (Paid Social, Display & Native) strategy for two key markets: UK & AUS
*Responsible for campaign launches and optimization to achieve growth and ROI targets
*Run A/B tests, analyse and optimise each channel to optimise performance
*Work with the creative team and analyse creative performance and brief new ideas
*Create display campaigns and constantly optimize targeting, advertising materials and landing pages
*Continuously defining audience segmentation and create audience centric strategy
*Lead relationship with 3rd party tech partners & media owners
*Ensuring tracking, attribution, automation, and optimization techniques are being employed
*Work with the UK & AUS marketing teams to ensure all creative is on-brand and appropriate for it's market and is in keeping with brand in other markets (US & EU)

Experience Required
*5 years of relevant experience in Paid Media (Paid Social / Facebook, Native and / or Display Marketing)
*Experience working with multiple display channels
*Profound knowledge of related tools and technologies (DSPs, FB Editor, Adservers)
*Analytics, bidding, adserver, tracking, creative and landing page optimization
*Strong analytical and quantitative skills that enable the use of data to develop, validate and measure marketing campaigns
*Self-starter and proactive in making the display channel grow and meet targets
*Very good Excel skills and a high level of technical affinity (automation is huge bonus)
*Excellent reporting, writing and communication skills
*Experience working in a subscription based business is highly desirable or where LTV is a key metric
*A team player who feels comfortable working autonomously in a small team as well as fitting into a large-scale organisation
