This role will see you working closely with multiple departments to develop and improve all things optimisation, lead the CRO programme as well as lead a team of 3.
*Managing and mentoring optimisation analysts
*Conduct A/B and multivariate tests
*Collaborate with product managers to develop and implement a testing programme to improve products
*Engage with multiple stakeholders across the business to discuss growth and optimisation strategy
*Analyse performance results and adjust strategy accordingly
*Working knowledge of experimentation, A/B testing, MVT
*Management or mentor experience
*Background within e-commerce, transactional side desirable
*Excellent stakeholder engagement with a proven ability of communicating with non-technical stakeholders
*Strong knowledge of Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
*Desire to keep up with the latest principles and methodologies
