Senior Marketing Manager

Disruptive Marketplace - Permanent

£60,000 to £80,000

Xcede is currently working exclusively with one of the UK's fastest growing marketplaces that are disrupting their vertical. In little over 3 years the brand has grown to 80+ talented professionals and is the vision of a group of Co-Founders that have had an enormously successful past in scaling some of the UK's most known marketplaces.

The CMO is looking to bring on a seasoned all-round marketer to drive the brands TOV, champion the brand vision and roll out marketing projects across all forms of media; ATL, Digital and B2B (with support from internal resource, consultants and agencies). For an experienced Marketing Manager with a background building brands and scaling marketing campaigns this is an unrivalled opportunity to work with a talented team of marketers, entrepreneurial Co-Founders and make a significant impact in the trajectory of the brand.

*Define and refine product propositions, and ensure they're communicated consistently
*Inform customer acquisition roadmap
*Executing and managing cross-channel marketing campaigns - ATL, Digital, B2B
*Own the tone of voice for the brand, being the 'go-to' person for copywriting
*Communicate brand values and quality expectations in all messaging
*Own the role of marketing project manager, working with team to executive campaigns
*Create content briefs for the design and development teams to support new and ongoing campaigns in the business
*Own performance analytics of all campaigns and report to senior stakeholders

*Previous marketing experience in a start-up / scale-up environment in digital and offline
*Excellent copywriting skills, allowing you to work autonomously on copy creation and written comms for campaigns and projects across the business
*Experience in a broad digital marketing role covering paid acquisition, social media strategy, email marketing, content and PR
*Experience in an offline marketing role covering radio, TV, print and OOH
*Ability to demonstrate excellent project management skills, working to deadlines across multiple projects
*Commercial acumen
*Numerical and analytical - using analytical tooks to measure success, assess performance and sport opportunities for investment
*Previous experience owning marketing performance analysis - Brand, DR, LTV etc..
*Previous experience in delivering growth for a scaling brand
