Xcede is working with a niche digital consultancy as they look to expand their core product base. Founded by a team of digital transformation, data and digital marketing experts, the consultancy work with an ever-expanding global client base in the Telco, FMCG, eCommerce and Tech space and are looking for a programmatic expert to immersive themselves into a client's digital acceleration program to consult on the direction and development of the Programmatic, DSP & DMP eco-system.
Working with key stakeholders on a global scale, this role will add value by firstly helping the business to understand to correctly use and roll out a global programmatic strategy including RFI's for DSP selection and how to best make use of their DMP. This role will also provide training, education, and will work closely with Senior Brand members on a global scale.
This is an ideal role for a hands-on specialist with a knack for strategy and planning and working in data-driven eCommerce environments.
*Increase client's digital marketing efforts through the use of data and technology and drive the strategic direction of ad-tech and mar-tech functions for advertisers
*Demonstrate expert hands-on ability with analytics and attribution, programmatic, DMPs and DSPs with exposure to other paid media (PPC, Social, Video, etc..)
*Create ad-tech workshops and deliver insight-driven material to help clients understand opportunities for marketing, sales, and retention
*Educate and advocate data-driven best practices for client's in-house DMP, analytics and performance marketing teams
*Ownership of the consultancies paid media vertical and support the delivery and development of the consultancies offerings in programmatic and performance marketing
*Act as a Product Owner in agile methodology for ad-tech and mar-tech delivery
*Deliver webinars and contribute to events with technology partners on an ad-hoc basis
*A wealth of experience in programmatic advertising including strategic planning and ad-tech (ideally in an eCommerce environment) with an agency or media side background
*A proven track record of working with B2C digital marketing teams including operations, data, and technology - campaign planning, set-up, analytics and optimization
*Proficiency in the following tech: Adobe Analytics/Google Analytics, Adobe Audience Manager, DV360/DataXu, Attribution and Data Visualisation tools
*Hands-on experience leading ad-tech, DMP's and DSP's - expert user of either Adobe or Google stack
*Eagerness to become trainer level proficiency with leading DMP's and DSP's
*Ability to analyse marketing performance and segmentation
*Ability to work in a start-up consultancy
