Are you a senior insight analyst who has a passion for the media industry? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading tech company where you will be hands-on with data using SQL,R, Python.
They are a world-leading media company who are leaders in terms of innovation, technology, and entertainment. They have established analytics teams across the whole businesses that all work collaboratively to understand customer experience, enhance product/development and and help create a deeper understanding of their customer base.
Being hands-on with data using SQL and presenting key insights back to stakeholders from a non-technical background.
You will get exposure to advanced analytics and will work closely with data science using some regression analysis, clustering, and propensity modelling
Deep dive customer analytics including customer segmentation and lifetime value analysis
Identifying areas for growth and development
Communicating key insights to stakeholders from a non-technical background including marketing and product teams
2:1 Degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science or related field from a leading university
Experience working within a fast-paced online business
Proficient in SQL and Tableau having utilised it in a commercial role previously
Experience in a commercial role with a focus on customer insight
Expert communication skills with the experience of working with non-technical teams and stakeholders
