Join this leading loyalty technology marketing agency as their lead Insight Analyst, you will join a team of 10 Analysts, they're a mix of data scientists and Insight Analyst's

Skills and key experience.

Strong sense of ownership, 'can-do' attitude
Outstanding leader with the ability to operate and influence across disciplines with the ability to operate within the 'grey' and a high degree of ambiguity.
Persuasive and influencing skills, with experience in securing senior stakeholder buy-in and cultivating cooperative relationships with both technical and non-technical partners
Able to make timely decisions, taking into account the needs of the situation, priorities, constraints and the availability of necessary information
Strong analytical skills including effective use of data and insight to provide structured, rational thinking into decisions and through the design and delivery process.
Ability to socialise complex concepts in a simple, easy to understand and engaging way for a variety of business stakeholders
Flexible in approach, and adapts to change easily and efficiently
Excellent presentation skills - both verbal and written.

Must have:
Strong strategic focus and goal orientation, with sound organisational awareness of internal, customer and supplier organisations
Must have strong SQL and Python with segmentation and predictive modelling skills.
Ability to think strategically balancing short and long term business considerations
Good initiative and will anticipate and grasp opportunities, able to retain objectivity and focus under pressure
Sound Planning skills with the ability to foresee potential issues and implement change and contingencies as appropriate, as well as being an effective decision-maker in accordance with business requirements and constraints.
