*Utilise all data from digital touchpoints in the customer journey to produce actionable insights
*Collaborate with the optimisation team to ensure all journeys are personalised
*Understand customer behaviour and identify opportunities to maximise customer loyalty
*Engage with senior stakeholders in the business to make sure analytics drives business decisions
*3+ years in a digital environment
*Proven ability with Google Analytics
*Experience with BigQuery desirable
*Knowledge of data visualisation tools
*Excellent experience in presenting actionable insights that improve the business
*Strong commercial acumen alongside a hands-on attitude
*Experience engaging with multiple stakeholders across the business
*A passion for new technological developments in the digital space
