Utilise in-house and third-party data to deliver actionable insights
Contribute to the optimisation of website
Understand customer behavior and identify opportunities to maximise customer loyalty
Work between the subscription and analytics team, giving you unique insight into the business
Engage with senior stakeholders in the business to make sure analytics drives business decisions
3+ years in a digital environment
Proven ability with either Adobe Analytics (preferred) or Google Analytics
Strong SQL capability
Knowledge of data visualisation tools (Tableau or Qilkview)
Excellent experience in presenting actionable insights that improve the business
Previous experience in a subscription-based business preferred
Strong commercial acumen alongside a hands-on attitude
Experience engaging with multiple stakeholders across the business
A passion for new technological developments in the digital space
