I have a new opportunity for a Senior CRM Manager to lead customer relationship strategy through new and exciting digital channels.
We are looking for candidates that have excellent team management skills as well as pushing forward new initiatives and ensuring customers are exposed to the right message at the right time.
You must be a strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills, as you will need to drive forward new initiatives that will bridge the gap between traditional CRM channels and new exciting digital / omni channels and touch points.
Reporting into the Head of Digital Marketing you will have operational accountability to deliver the best in class CRM programme in Luxury Retail.
* Email development principles - HTML / CSS / UX.
* Customer acquisition, re-engagement and retention strategies.
* Email Marketing & CRM.
* Core programming automation concepts.
