They are looking for a CRM Manager to join the analytics team you will need to have:
Demonstrable CRM management experience with a track record of successfully developing and executing CRM multi-channel strategies within Retail.
Proven ability to develop CRM goals and objectives, substantial applied knowledge of campaign management, database and email marketing and applied knowledge of incentives in CRM for loyalty or retention programmes.
Experience of working with a single customer view desirable
Demonstrable understanding of HTML (ability to understand where changes need to be made), a good working knowledge of Jinja code.
Advanced Excel skills
Strong analytical skills with demonstrable experience of drawing insights from large data sets to inform strategy
Experience of devising and implementing a successful CRM strategy
Demonstrable and substantial knowledge of data targeting segmentation and analysis
Proven ability to lead and develop a small engaged team
Demonstrable project management skills
