This well-known high street bank is looking to take marketing effectiveness to the next level through advanced analytics and targeting practices. Joining a 30 strong analytics team your work will be instrumental in overhauling how campaigns are designed and delivered for over 20 million customers.
This FTSE 100 finance company is a market leader across the world, known for its innovative and constantly developing products and services. They are looking to capitalise on their readily available data in every way possible, including enhancing their analytics center of excellence to draw further insights into campaign planning and decisioning.

You will be using a mix of SQL and SAS/Python (training offered if needed) to enhance and develop campaign targeting principles. With access to cutting edge tools, analytics support and customer data this role will see you:
Leading projects looking at customer lifetime value, propensity and marketing effectiveness
Working closely with the CRM team to support them with data driven decision making
Working with technical and non-technical stakeholders to feed analytics into business strategy
Taking ownership over refined customer targeting and segmentation
Looking at implementing advanced analytics techniques into the wider team
The successful candidate will have:
Strong SQL coding ability with exposure to large data sets
An understanding of advanced analytics using SAS/Python or similar (beneficial but not mandatory)
Experience of modelling techniques regression, clustering, segmentation.
Previously worked across a campaign or marketing analytics team
A clear grasp of campaign targeting, testing and effectiveness principles
Excellent communication skills
Stem degree ideally.
