Staff currently in Japan: 5 (Managing Director, Pre/Post Sales x2, Operations, Account Manager)

About the Senior Business Development Manager - Japan

You will be responsible for driving new business revenue across key Real Estate, Utility and Public Sector accounts in Japan. Your expertise in Facility & Building Management, Built Environment, Smart Metering solution selling will enable you to work alongside the Managing Director to devise and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.


* Acquire new logos and further penetrate into existing accounts
* Collaborate with marketing and product teams to continually improve market awareness and product positioning
* Produce accurate and timely sales forecasting and reports
* Co-ordinate with existing Sales and Professional Services teams to identify and capitalize on Sales opportunities


* Minimum 10 years of experience in selling BMS solutions in Japan
* Demonstrate outstanding interpersonal and presenting skills
* Strong understanding of Public Policy and Regulatory compliance concepts around Renewable Energy, Carbon Management, Net Zero
* Capability to present complex solutions into clear value propositions to technical and non-technical stakeholders
