Senior BackOffice Engineer - Sandton
My client is recruiting for a Senior BackOffice Engineer to join their operation in Sandton. This is a global mining organisation and we are ideally looking for someone from a similar background. You will be responsible for managing the design and architecture of infrastructure servers and virtual environments. The role covers 4 sites, 1 in Johannesburg and 3 in the Democratic Republic of Congo - travel to this site will be required and will be up to 6 weeks at a time.
You will be looking after the Active Directory Services, SolarWinds Monitoring, Mimecast, Entire Exchange Environment to mention a few. To be successful in this role you will hold a relevant degree or diploma, have a VMWare Certification VCAP or VCDX. You will be experienced with cloud-based services and have over 7 years hands on virtualisation experience in a business focussed environment. You will be comfortable in providing documented infrastructure designs.
