We are working with a huge name on the high-street who are have set a digital road-map that will change the way customers interact with their omni-channel brand. As they're looking to drive a higher percentage of customers online, their digital teams have taken the driving seat in delivering growth and revenue. They are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager (Search) to play a pivotal role by delivering a new strategy for PPC, PLA, Display and SEO that will be fed into their agency partner to execute.
The role will manage a number of key senior stakeholders internally and externally and is tasked with creating and implementing the digital acquisition strategy with a key focus on driving in-store visits online, along with BAU activity and key trading dates. They're looking for a solid hand on background in either Paid (PPC, Shopping & Display) or SEO with exposure to all channels for strategy, optimisation and reporting.
*Strategic planning and implantation of all performance channels (PPC, PLA, Display, SEO)
*Management of a Junior team member, driving their performance and development through 1-2-1's and regular training sessions
*Translate the broader digital & brand strategy into a performance marketing strategy
*Collaborate with numerous agencies and develop strong relationship with counterparts whilst keeping campaigns on budget
*Work with internal teams such as Content, Design, Marketing, Offline and CRM to ensure a flawless customer experience throughout the entire customer journey
*Through the scrutiny of data, understand the customers needs and wants and how you can drive their in-store visits to an online follow-up
*Work with Analytics to create dashboards for weekly and monthly reporting purposes
*Ability to demonstrate experience in creating successful performance marketing strategies with a focus on Paid Search channels
*Previous experience working in a large eCommerce team or in an agency working on retail / eCom accounts
*Expert knowledge of Paid Search, SEO knowledge is needed but at a strategic level
*Exposure to an omni-channel environment is plus
*Previous experience working across web, mobile & apps
