Global Network Agency - Permanent role
The agency are an award winning global network with offices all across the globe. Due to a huge account win they are looking to build multiple teams across all digital disciplines, the PPC Account Director will be responsible for leading all UK paid search activity, strategy, planning and implementation across multiple brands working closely with agency counterparts for global campaign planning. The role is joining the agency at an exciting time as they begin to build out a whole new team for the client and this positions offers the opportunity for progression across the wider network.
*Working in tandem with varied teams across the agency network covering media planning / buying, comms and data to develop an integrated paid search strategy.
*Ensure all paid search activity is optimised effectively across all brands in-line with global teams targets.
*Responsible for creating and developing overarching paid search strategy and test roadmaps to ensure innovation across the accounts.
*Support with up-skilling the team, 1-1's, identifying growth areas and performance reviews.
*Liase with various client stakeholders on campaign performance and deliver reports on campaign performance.
*Very strong background in PPC, ideally a strong execution background with strong strategy and planning experience.
*Competent people manager, natural leader and confident presenter with experience leading client communications across accounts.
*Worked on a global scale, ideally with multiple brands.
