About the Role:
Seeking an experienced Practice Lead for SAP to join the regional HQ in Singapore. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading presales teams and managing end-to-end ERP projects utilizing SAP ECC and S4 Hana.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team of presales consultants in the SAP practice
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients
* Manage the delivery of SAP ECC and S4 Hana projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
* Develop and implement best practices for project management in the SAP practice
* Ensure that all team members are properly trained and equipped to perform their roles
* Participate in business development activities, including proposal writing, presentations, and customer meetings
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
* At least 10 years of experience in SAP, with a focus on ECC and S4 Hana
* Strong experience in leading presales teams and project management
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
* Efficient problem-solving and analytical skills
* Fluency in English and Mandarin preferred
