Senior Sales Engineer EMEA (Germany Based)

Hyper growth Series C funded IAM and PAM security vendor, whom over the last two years have won numerous awards are currently in the process of expanding their EMEA team following the increasing demand and success they have seen over the last 18 months.

As part of this expansion we are looking for a Senior Sales Engineer to join in Germany for the EMEA region, main focus DACH and Benelux.

Responsibilities:

As the Senior Sales Engineer you will be joining their expanding EMEA team as the 1st sales engineer in mainland Europe working with the sales teams across Germany, Netherlands and France.

  • Demonstrate the technical and business value of the solutions to potential clients and partners
  • Proactively scope and document the technical solution and project plans to address customer requirements
  • Respond to RFIs and RFPs
  • Attend conferences for speaking engagements to increase brand awareness
  • Manage POCs with clear criteria and ensure conversation through to delivery
  • Build a win-win relationship with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

The successful senior sales engineer must have a proven track record of working within the identity access management or privileged access management and start-up companies.

  • At least five years' experience as a sales engineer within cyber security, with experience in IAM or PAM
  • Understanding of HTTP REST based APIs
  • Experience working with Financial and media clients
  • Open to travel across EMEA
