Xcede's data recruitment team have a fantastic opportunity for the Insight and Research Analysts of LinkedIn!

We are exclusively recruiting for an 'Insight and Research Manager' position with Britain's largest international conglomerate rewards company!

Within this position, you will play an essential role in driving the success of the business as second in command. You will be responsible for the design, delivery, analysis, and reporting of both quantitive and qualitative data. This position incorporates both flexibility and variety which will stimulate your success further! Are you a strong data-driven analytical leadership figure proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint?

Do you have experience with SPSS?

Do you have commercial experience with analysing quantitive and qualitative data?

Do you consider yourself a skilled communicator able to relay information inquisitively?

If so, this could be the ideal position for you!


Responsibilities:
✓ Collaborating with the Head of Research and Insight
✓ Managing relationships with potent internal stakeholders and across the company
✓ Executing ad-hoc reports, surveys, online qualitative discussion, focus groups, and informal customer forums and presenting, planning, and undertaking analysis to which you will provide insight from the data and bespoke reports
✓ Delivering research plans and findings surrounding market trends, proposition development, creative testing, and customer segmentation development.

Requirements:
✓ Minimum 2 Years Data Analytical experience in the research field (carrying out quantitative and qualitative analysis)
✓ Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and SPSS
✓ Flexible on prioritising projects
✓ Possess a hands-on approach
✓ Great communication and engagement skills
