UX/UI Product Design

Xcede are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our award-winning team in London. Xcede is one of the fastest growing digital recruitment companies in Europe. We are currently looking for a hardworking, motivated and proactive experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our company and specialise in the UX/Product Design Market. Ideally you will have 18-36 months recruitment experience specialising in UX/UI/Product Design but not essential as we will consider experience from the Creative, Marketing, Data or Tech based markets.

The Role as a Recruitment Consultant:

* Pitching new clients and winning work by cold calling, lead generation, networking and market intelligence
* Identify and source outstanding talent in the market by market mapping, headhunting and referrals
* You will also have full access to an internal database with 15 years of research, a range of job board, your own LinkedIn Recruiter licence, XING and other sophisticated social media platforms
* Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for clients and candidates and providing a high-class service
* Continually learning and being ahead of market trends

To be a successful Recruitment Consultant you will need:

* Previous recruitment experience and proven contract or perm billings
