Coming in as a Conversation Designer you will be working on the AI initiative working closely with the Conversational UI leads, Product Managers, and Platform Manages to deliver conversational online banking.
Shaping and creating conversation on their chatbot platform (design, writing and reviewing code)
Creating and authorising new competencies on the Bot Platform
Analysing the current performance of the bot to identify continuous improvement
Bot performance writing
Degree in Computer science or related technical discipline
Experience with one or more of the following; Natural Language Processing, text understanding, classification, pattern recognition, recommendation systems, targeting systems, ranking systems or similar
API's, Microservices architecture, JS, Node.JS, JSON or visualisation tools
Machine learning frameworks: TensorFlow, caffe2
Crowd sourcing platforms e.g. MTurk
Data Analytics or Semantic Data
Running Test & Target and/or A/B testing programmers
