Job Role: Project Controller
Location: Runcorn
Salary: £50k pa plus benefits
As a Project Controller your remit will include:
- Support Project Managers and Team Leaders to ensure projects are meeting commercial and financial targets to ensure billing milestones are being achieved
- Generate the work breakdown structures (WBS) for a project with associated work package descriptions
- Collate and analyse cost information in support of project budgeting and cost control
- Chair and facilitate project review meetings with the management team to discuss open projects, which require documenting actions, risk register and minutes
- Monitor and report time writing activities for the engineering department
- Ensure timely processing of purchase requisitions for both company and 3rd party materials and services
- Manage shared material handling inbox for daily requests
- Expedite incoming deliveries and prepare packing lists and commercial invoices for logistics
- Prepare invoicing and invoice calculations, submit invoices for payment via customer portals
- Build strong cross functional relationships with stakeholders and understand the business needs
What you will bring to the company:
- SAP experience is essential (preferably a key user)
- Highly experienced in MS Office applications in particular excel

- Standard working hours are Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 5:00pm, Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm. Flexibility will be required to meet customer and business needs
