Digital Product Manager - Content

A Digital Product Manager is required by an established digital media company. They provide engaging data and insight into the sports industry and run multiple digital products across B2C & B2B.

As they embark on an exciting new initiative to redefine and rebuild their product suite, they require a Digital Product Manager with a focus on content and personalisation to lead on their data & editorial initiatives that lie at the heart of the business.

The Digital Product Manager will have the rare opportunity to create something from the ground up and employ the latest product methodologies and build products with the newest tech.

The business is undergoing a rapid digital transition - with significant investment in infrastructure, products and practices to make it a truly digital-first business They have a modern office with breakout areas that promote collaboration and offer excellent working flexibility.


*Lead product development from ideation through implementation to go-to market plans with continuous iteration and optimisation.
*Contribute strong ideas to influence product vision and roadmap, helping their brands become market leaders in their areas.
*Act as a custodian of the UX for product opportunities, providing the voice of the customer through experiments, surveys and research etc.

Skills & Requirements

*Experience of working in the digital media industry to deliver content and related services such as a content management system is preferred
*An interest in and/or previous experience of Machine Learning or data science is desirable
*Able to demonstrate empathy and good listening skills to understand needs/pain points of customers and stakeholders
*Good knowledge of user research methodologies / design thinking / MVP concepts in order to lead product discovery work
*Expertise in the use of tools & techniques for backlog prioritisation
