I'm working with a high-growth mobile first scale-up that operates in the rewards and loyalty space. Their innovative platform helps customers build better relationships with frequently visited retailers and transforms anonymous shoppers into customers with well defined purchasing habits. Their 2 million strong customer base is rapidly growing and as a result, they're looking for a customer-obsessed Product Manager to join the team.
The Product Manager will own end-to-end customer experience, with a strong focus on product discovery and strategy definition. Central to this role is understanding customers, identifying their pain points and working alongside Engineers, Scientists and Product Marketeers to solve these problems! The Product Manager will work collaboratively with stakeholders to shape the product roadmap and ultimately ensure a world class product and features are delivered.
Responsibilities & Requirements
*Experience leading end-to-end product delivery of a digital B2B Product
*Experience running user feedback/ testing sessions
*Strong Analytical abilities - Experience conducting detailed analysis to identify areas of prioritisation
*Influence stakeholders by providing compelling business cases for subsequent delivery
*Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
*A strong passion for Product Management, you will frequently attend meet-ups and seek new ways of working
