As they embark on an exciting new initiative to redefine and rebuild their product suite, they require a Product Manager with a focus on content and personalisation to lead on their data & editorial initiatives that lie at the heart of the business.
The Digital Product Manager will have the rare opportunity to create something from the ground up and employ the latest product methodologies and build products with the newest tech.
The business is undergoing a rapid digital transition - with significant investment in infrastructure, products and practices to make it a truly digital-first business They have a modern office with breakout areas that promote collaboration and offer excellent working flexibility.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer centric Product Manager to have full ownership and autonomy over defining and launching an innovative product.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
*Previous experience working with content and editorial teams is advantageous
Experience of working in the digital media industry to deliver content and related services such as a content management system is preferred
*An interest in and/or previous experience of Machine Learning or data science is desirable
*Able to demonstrate empathy and good listening skills to understand needs/pain points of customers and stakeholders
*Good knowledge of user research methodologies / design thinking / MVP concepts in order to lead product discovery work
*Expertise in the use of tools & techniques for backlog prioritisation
*Experience working with teams such as Engineering, UX and Marketing
