Product Manager - B2C

I'm working with a household ecommerce business who, over the last 15 years have built up one of the UK's largest consumer bases. As they continue to expand their product offering, they are looking for a user-focused and data-driven Product Manager to join their high performing team.

The Product Manager will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, managing key stakeholders and collaborating with UX, Tech and Data teams to launch new features and iterate on existing products. The product manager will drive value for customers and use various discovery methods to understand pain points and opportunity.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Product Manager who is passionate about end-to-end delivery, who is ready to be immersed in a market-leading product and work in autonomous product teams.

Responsibilities & Requirements
*Identify and track goals for the product team deliver significant impact for customers.
*Play an active role in product discovery and delivery workstreams that take us closer to the end vision
*Draw on insights from user data to develop a comprehensive understanding how your product creates value for customers
*Develop a deep understanding of the customer, competitive landscape and the future industry technological developments and emerging products
*Work collaboratively with the Product Management team to create innovative product ideas & plans to develop a market-leading product
*Continually track and test the product to optimise performance and maximise customer value.
