Role: Product Designer
Rate: £400 Per Day
Location: West London
Contract: 6 Months

Working alongside an already successful design team, they ideally need a hybrid who can create brilliant user interface designs across web and mobile, but also help create a user-centred approach to improve interactive behaviour, engagement and site optimisation.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a company which has transformed the way we control the energy supply within our households!

Working in the west-end this will be an initial 6 month contract with the highly likelihood of an extension.

They don't take egocentric approaches at all. You will report to the Lead UX/UI Designer and be responsible for creating UX/UI, Wireframes, Graphic Designs and Digital Assets for business applications - using the business Design signature that is all about efficiency and simplicity.

You will have
*5+ years experience as a Senior Digital Designer (UX/UI)
*Ability to own a project from early discovery stage up to the deployment
*Good understanding of the User-Centred Design process and principles including user research
*and personas generations, user flows and sitemaps, wireframing and prototyping, usability
*principles and testing
*Good understanding of the Visual Design process including use of colours, typography, layouts,
*imagery, controls and affordances and following design principles such as consistency,
*hierarchy and Personality
*Experience designing for multiple platforms / responsive design
*Proficiency in Sketch and prototyping tools such as Invision, Marvel and
*Experience of collaborating closely with product managers, developers and other stakeholders
*through the entire product lifecycle
*High standard digital design portfolio including, typography, iconography and digital graphic
*design examples
*Experience in an agile development environment
*Robust and self-organised approach
*Be able to take direction and critique and be a real team-player

Key Responsibilities
*Improving digital experience including research and creation of wireframes, user flows and new
*user interfaces
*Working alongside User Researcher to run Customer Labs and gather research based on
*proposed designs
*Creating and delivering Digital assets for the Web Development team
