PPC Analyst

Tech Scale-Up - Permanent

£38,000 to £50,000

Xcede is currently working with high growth technology scale up as they look to double the size of their Growth function by the start of 2021. The business operates in one of the most competitive spaces in today's market and finds itself in a sector that has seen a real advancement in the past 5 years.

The PPC Analyst will be a highly valuable asset to this affiliate brand in the coming years as driving traffic is their source of revenue. They separate themselves from competitors by having an encyclopedia of knowledge and information on their site to assist with the consumer's decision-making, which is crucial given their product. Paid Search has been the main traffic-driving force to date and continues to be a significant channel for the brand, and operates with a high level of complexity.

Responsibilities:
*Work collaboratively with the other PPC Analysts and wider Performance Marketing team to drive traffic to their UK, DE, and ES sites
*Development and execution of the PPC strategy through Google Ad's, SA360, Bing
*Deliver market growth based on customer acquisition in-line with KPI's and core metrics
*Continual development of PPC accounts including new optimisation techniques, platform updates, custom Adscripts and automation processes
*In-depth performance analysis based on campaign performance to provide actionable insight
*Working collaboratively with PPC team to ensure adherence to PPC best practice

Requirements:
*Previous experience working with large and complex PPC campaigns
*Expert user of the Google Ad's, SA360, and Bing platform
*High-level numerical ability with daily use of Excel, Google Analytics, and other tracking tools - ideally have experience with SQL and Tableau
*Ability to demonstrate how to deliver high performing paid search campaigns
*Solid technical ability with optimisation - audience analysis, bidding, and attribution modeling
*Strong interpersonal skills
