Performance Marketing Manager, Paid Social & Display

Subscriptions Based Consumer Brand - Permanent

£50,000 - £55,000 DOE + Benefits

Xcede has partnered with a global subscriptions based consumer brand as they look to strengthen their paid media performance marketing efforts. The role will join a nimble team of experienced operators and is responsible for owning and executing the paid media strategy (paid social, display, native, mobile) for the UK & AUS markets. Paid media is a relatively young channel for the brand, they are looking for a data-driven and diligent performance marketer to take a test and learn approach to scaling their social advertising and paid media channels.

*Responsible for campaign launches and optimization to achieve growth and ROI targets
*Lead marketing automation efforts to run campaigns efficiently and improve ROI
*Conceptualize structured A/B tests and perform analyses to identify levers impacting channel performance
*Define and analyse performance reports on a regular basis
*In cooperation with our Creative team, you will create our display campaigns and constantly optimize targeting, advertising materials, and landing pages
*Identify new display channels to integrate into the marketing mix
*Plan audience-centric strategy and display related campaigns
*Stay up to date with the latest industry innovations and ad technology and be the first to test relevant tools and ad formats
*Support ad hoc marketing projects such as marketing attribution, geo-split testing, marketing tech tool evaluation, automation, and business intelligence

*Relevant experience in Display marketing (e.g. Paid Social / Facebook, Native and/or Display Marketing / RTA)
*Experience working with multiple display channels
*Profound knowledge of related tools and technologies (e.g. DSPs, FB Editor, Adserver..)
*Analytics, bidding, ad servers, tracking, creative and landing page optimization
*A can-do attitude and ability to get things done
*Strong analytical and quantitative skills that enable to use data to develop, validate and measure marketing campaigns
*Self-starter and proactive in making the display channel grow and meet targets
*Very good MS-Excel skills and excellent communication skills
*A team player who feels comfortable working autonomously in a small team as well as fitting into a large-scale organization
*Solid understanding of the digital marketing landscape
