The role would see your join a brand that are renowned for doing things differently, that are constantly looking to drive innovation among their teams and ways of working to produce fantastic experiences for their millions of customers online.
The purpose of the role is to own their paid search strategy (PPC, Shopping & Youtube)with a goal of driving ROI and increasing brand reach with a key focus on the UK & AUS markets. The role sit's in a growing data driven performance team and is will be working across Google & Bing with the use of automation tools and 7 figure budget and collaborating with team members that cover paid social, display and affiliates.
Develop and execute the SEM strategy (PPC, Shopping & Youtube) aimed at driving and delivering new customer growth as a priority across all key markets markets
Manage and drive PPC brand & non-brand strategy in current and emerging markets
Implement new test and learn strategy for Paid Search focused on branded traffic and deliver insight on behaviors.
Work with internal teams including Trading, Commercial and Tech to ensure full optimisation of Paid Search campaigns.
Curate a data led approach to all PPC work, implement a thorough test and learn strategy and optimisation.
Manage 7 figure Paid Search budgets and partner with other internal & external resources to deliver best in class digital campaigns
Proven expertise in developing and executing high profile PPC campaigns delivering ROI and revenue
Experience with manual bidding + automated bids (GoogleAds, Bing, SA360)
Solid stakeholder engagement skills
Exceptional analytical skill set and previous exposure to large data sets and dashboards
Retail / eCommerce background
