The client are a free to use technology platform that connects millions of potential consumers to approved professional across a number of industries, the platform offers the user to connect with professionals either based on their specific search request or based on location.
Due to continual growth of the platform, they are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to develop their digital acquisition strategy across PPC, Paid Social, Display and Affiliates to drive consumers to the platform. The role offers a blend of strategy and implementation supported by junior members of the team and is responsible for growing and defining the consumer acquisition strategy.
*Driving growth across PPC, Affiliates, Paid Social and other digital performance channels to generate consumer enquiries.
*Optimisation of each channel individually and recommend the best possible mix across channels.
*Responsible for driving the consumer division, you will lead on infestation of the digital performance strategy into SEO, Analytics, CRO and Product to increase overall conversation rate.
*Regular reporting on channel performance with the drive to continuously improve efficiency.
*Proven experience in delivering growth through the implementation of a successful digital acquisition / performance marketing strategy covering PPC, Paid Social, Affiliates and Display
*Solid hands on experience in PPC, Paid Social and Affiliates
*Ability to drive the digital acquisition proposition in either an agency, start-up or client side
*Experience in regulated industries is a bonus
