Xcede is working with an exciting and well-funded, B2B Tech platform that has its sights set on allowing the non-tech savvy world to build the software of their dreams. From eCommerce platforms to apps and wearable tech this growing fast business have a unique product offering in a very saturated market and is empowering entrepreneurs to enterprise-level businesses to build exceptional tech.
They're currently sitting around the 250 employee mark across 3 offices globally with a recent investment of around $40m and are looking to kick off 2020 with a few hires in the Performance Marketing team to really take their exposure and customer acquisition to a new level. The Performance Marketing Lead is being hired to define the global strategy and process by firstly hiring a craic team of performance specialists and in-housing their PPC / Paid Social activity whilst testing new channels and launching new markets.
*Manage their PPC & Paid Social campaigns spanning global markets and multiple languages, from conception to execution
*Work with their agency counterpart to define a roadmap for in-housing all activity
*Once the activity has been brought in-house, work with their internal tech and data teams to develop world-class automated marketing campaigns.
*Create reports and provide analysis around ROI, campaign performance, conversions and website
*Implement optimisation plans through data-analysis
*Adopt a culture of 'test and learn' approaches to all performance marketing activities
*Attract, hire and develop junior performance marketing talent to ensure team growth
*Substantial experience in a PPC/Paid Social role encompassing campaign conception, execution, budgeting and analysis
*Prior experience managing and mentoring junior team members
*Agency / In-house background mix is preferable B2B / Saas experience is a bonus
*Expert user of Google Ads, Bing, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads + other channels.
*Expert user of Excel, ideally use of data visualisation tools such as Tableau
*Previous exposure to working on in a matrixed organisation and working with local markets
*Exceptional stakeholder management and communication
*Start-Up experience is a huge plus, a sense of humour goes a long way too!
