Xcede has partnered with a global subscriptions based consumer brand as they look to strengthen their performance marketing efforts. The role will join a nimble team of experienced operators and is responsible for supporting the execution of the Affiliates and Partnerships strategy for the UK & AUS markets along with supporting the development of the Paid Media (paid social, display, native and mobile) offering. Affiliates and partnerships is a very mature channel for the brand, they are looking for a data-driven and diligent performance marketer to constantly review commercial agreements with partners and drive the brands ROI through spotting trends and re-negotiating commercials.
*Responsible for executing our affiliate strategy in UK & Australia and support the Display/ Email/ Lead Generation marketing team.
*Grow the affiliate programs, acquiring new customers at a profitable ROI
*Build, maintain & manage affiliate relationships to the optimal standard, showing the ability to negotiate added value and optimum exposure for all campaigns, achieving agreed targets
*Optimise the commission levels accordingly to make efficient use of the budget and maximise our opportunities
*Comfortable working with various commercial models (CPA, CPC, CPM, rev share)
*Daily/Weekly reporting on performance both at an overall and individual partner level
*Suggest & implement new innovations in the channels to facilitate growth
*Support the Display/ Email marketing team by creating and analyzing reports regularly and getting involved in managing and optimizing campaigns where possible
*Liaising with other areas of Online Acquisition Marketing, as well as operational areas of the business, to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, brand and ROI goals
*Competitor monitoring and benchmarking.
*Experience in Online Acquisition/ Growth Marketing (Affiliate and Display, Paid Social/ Facebook, Native, Lead Generation/ Email)
*Strong analytical and quantitative skills that enable to use data to develop, validate and measure marketing campaigns
*Experience working with Affiliate Marketing and Online Acquisition in Australia preferred
*Can quickly and effectively build strong and profitable working relationships with external partners and agencies and maintain them to a high standard
*Very good MS-Excel skills and perfect communication skills
*A team player who feels comfortable working autonomously in a small team as well as fitting into a large-scale organization
