Xcede is working with a technology-led UK brand during its biggest digital acceleration project ever. The business is currently going through a huge phase of hiring talent into their Creative, Technology, Marketing and Analytics team as they ramp up activity in order to become the #1 force in their UK vertical.
Off the back of appointing a significant new Head of Digital, the brand are looking to build an in-house performance marketing team of 8+ with vertical specialist joining to facilitate a major boost in customer and client acquisition. The 2nd appointment in the team will be a technically sound PPC Manager who will be tasked with re-defining their PPC strategy and lead their agency.
*Work with the brands paid search agency to run efficient, highly profitable paid search campaigns, optimised towards varying OKR's
*Own and deliver data-driven, performance paid search strategy for the acquisition of B2C & B2B audiences
*Set and optimise multi-million-pound budgets and work with analytics to advise and refine reporting, optimisation, and attribution, including in-depth analysis of key KPI's including LTV, CPA, and ROI.
*Ensure the seamless delivery of updates from tech partners to remain at the forefront of any relevant new betas and technologies
*Carry out reporting using your advanced Excel abilities and using insight tools (Looker, GA360, Appsflyer)
*Relay performance, data, and strategies to the senior leadership team
*Work within cross-functional teams, including Analytics, Data Science, BI, Product, Finance, and Sales
*Hands-on experience of running multi-million pound, profitable paid search campaigns, across a range of industries
*Expert level understanding of, and experience using all paid search platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and SA360
*Experience running Inventory management campaigns and writing scripts to add further efficiency to paid search campaigns
*Experience running feeds
*Demonstrable ability to link paid search performance to other channels
*Highly commercially aware, highly analytical, and performance-driven
*Advanced understanding of Google Stack, particularly SA360
*Practical experience using Google Analytics
*Expert level understanding of audience management
*Ideally have experience with SQL, Python or C++
