Job Title: Oracle Presales/Solutions Lead
Client: An International IT Digital Transformation Company and IT Consulting via SaaS, Cloud & Top Tier ERP Solutions
Location: Singapore
The Oracle Presales/Solutions Lead will play a critical role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction for Oracle NetSuite solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience in ERP and be proficient in Oracle NetSuite Financial, Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Manufacturing modules.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the presales process for Oracle NetSuite solutions and provide product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers.
Act as the subject matter expert for Oracle NetSuite Financial, SCM, and Manufacturing and provide technical guidance to the sales team and customers.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute a sales strategy that meets customer requirements and achieves sales targets.
Develop and deliver customer-focused solution presentations, RFP/RFI responses, and statements of work.
Stay current with industry trends, product developments, and market changes to provide ongoing value to customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and partners.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP, with a strong focus on Oracle NetSuite Financial, SCM, and Manufacturing.
Proven track record of success in a presales role and a deep understanding of the sales cycle.
Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong technical knowledge and ability to understand customer requirements and provide relevant solutions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
