Onboarding Consultant

We are looking to hire an Onboarding Consultant, to help us create a unique, employee-centric programme that re-imagines the employee experience and supports a high performing and growth mindset culture. About The Role
The goal is to help integrate new joiners into the community so that they have the skills, network and knowledge to succeed in their new role. This role will be critical for that, helping design and execute a variety of communications, touch points and trainings to understand the business unit they will be working in. This position will work closely with global and regional Human Resources and unit leaders, to support leadership efforts to build a culture of engagement and connection that consistently values our employees.

*Partner with business leaders and internal stakeholders to design and deliver a new hire orientation programme delivering unique and seamless engagement experiences
*Design and deliver content, tools, and resources providing new employees a sense of community, purpose, belonging and accelerated acclimation to the company and culture
*Establish audit mechanisms to monitor process performance, including analysing and presenting data
*Provide input for how to improve the program, both content and delivery mechanism
*Demonstrate total ownership and end to end thinking in independently delivery against assigned objectives.
*Provide exceptional customer service to employees and partners in all matters and communications

Skill Set:
*3-5 years of experience in programme management, or related experience, in delivering exceptional new hire/ employee experiences
*Ability to balance effective collaboration with independent action
*Global experience preferred
*Possess a Growth Mindset, eager to learn and share with others
*Resourcefulness, with a drive to innovate and surpass expectations
*The flexibility and agility to handle multiple, simultaneous projects, in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with fluid objectives and priorities
*A welcoming, creative, high-energy personality and positive attitude
*Ability to research and recommend new training methods and digital transformation.
