MS TEAMS SUPPORT ENGINEER
Length: 3-6 Months
Location: Remote, Work from Home
*Dealing directly with customers, focus is on supporting small customers (less than 50 FTE) onboard to O365.
*Reactive ticket basis means will be dealing with customer who have logged tickets, process will be to hand hold and support them in troubleshooting virtually until problem resolved.
*Teams experience and expertise (1+ years)
*General O365 knowledge (1+ years)
*SME levels required 2-5 years of hands on experience with Teams
