Marketing/Media Performance Analyst - 6 Month Inside IR35 contract

The role is part of the Analytics workstream, and you will be the go to Performance Analyst. Reporting directly into the Associate Director who will lead a unified team across both the CRM & paid media remits. The person in this role will work closely with an analyst, overseeing them to meet deliverables while mentoring their growth.

Person specification - Skills and experience, sector skills
* Expertise in cross-channel media measurement & strategy including both owned and paid channels
* Capable of translating complex data sets into insights that will help to drive the business forward
* Able to present complicated data insights & strategic recommendations in a client facing manner and teach others to do the same
* Experience working with clients to help them achieve media success fuelled by data. Willing to go above and beyond to get the job done
* Confidence to challenge the client and team and to ensure delivery on marketing metrics that drive to business outcome
* Brilliant client service, and fostering that culture within your team to ensure smooth delivery across what is a complex piece of business
* Have strength and understanding of the digital landscape to achieve significant advantage across all platforms

Must have skills
* Previous experience in reporting audience performance across owned & paid marketing preferred
* Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills
* Experience with Adobe Campaign, or similar customer marketing platform
* Familiarity with data visualization softwares (DataStudio, Tableau, Looker)
* Present reports/insights in a story-like format
