We are looking for a marketing science director who can lead and manage a small team , deliver high-quality insights and solutions to our clients, and drive innovation and growth in our media business. You will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing advanced analytics and modelling techniques to measure and optimize media performance and ROI
- Providing strategic guidance and thought leadership on media planning, optimization, attribution, and forecasting
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges, and opportunities
- Mentoring and coaching your team members and ensuring their professional development
- Staying abreast of the latest trends and developments in the media industry and data science field
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in a quantitative discipline such as statistics, mathematics, computer science, or engineering
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the media industry or a media agency
- Proficiency in Python and other data science tools and platforms
- Expertise in regression, MMM, and other statistical and econometric methods
- A strong understanding of the media landscape, channels, platforms, and metrics
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- A passion for data, media, and innovation
