Marketing Data Manager

Job Description

Our client who is a leading marketing consultancy based in London are looking for a Marketing Data Manager to join their analytics team.

The role will be to own and execute the companies Data Governance program of activities including cleansing lead and contact data and customer data completion, leveraging third party databases and agencies.

Manage marketing data compliance across all our products and websites

Collaborate with the Marketing team, giving them visibility of their marketable audience and coverage

Build automated programs to routinely update and validate Marketing data

Manage relationships with data vendors including five data stewards based in India

Work with Campaign Managers and the Marketing Data Manager to identify segmentation criteria based on audience behaviour, demographic and firmographic characteristics

You will need to have:

experience in a B2B role within a Marketing team

Marketing Database Management (Salesforce Enterprise Lightning and Marketing Automation (Eloqua)

Excellent MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, INDEXMATCH, Pivot Tables)

Salesforce and Eloqua Reporting knowledge

Proficient with Tableau

Proven track record in:

  • Marketing Reporting in a B2B organisation
  • Marketing automation platform experience
  • Working to strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Leading data governance and data quality programs

Preferably with knowledge of:

  • SQL / Python
  • Asana (project management platform)
  • Working for a Data, analytics or SAAS organisation
